Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources department. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and promote a positive work culture. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with managers and employees to support their needs and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's goals and promote a positive work culture.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, performance-based incentives, and employee benefits enrollment.
Oversee the employee separation process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth offboarding procedures.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics and analytics.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and implement innovative approaches to enhance HR operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software applications.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
