About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be spearheading growth by maximizing our impact with existing customers, while also developing new customer relationships. You will be conveying value propositions of super-serving customers with high-quality solutions, responsive and reliable technical expertise, and open, transparent communication. You'll build trust and loyalty that lasts way beyond our first interaction.
What You'll Do:
• Generate leads, understand prospective customer requirements, and work with our experts to propose solutions to and finalize agreements with new customers
• Identify opportunities and optimize services with existing customers
• Maintain and continue to build upon the relationships with your customers, ensuring they are being cared for and their needs are being addressed
Who You Are:
• A skilled communicator, with a passion for business development and IT services
• An ambitious, persistent go-getter hungry to learn, grow and achieve results
• Able to quickly build trust and relationships and have a proven track record in solution sales
• Ideally possess 2+ years of experience in the IT services industry or in an IT role in a company
• Proficiency in French is preferred, enabling effective communication with our diverse clientele
